Green tea for muscle building By Yaw

I am trying to build muscle, and I heard that green tea helps with muscle growth. However, I'm a little skeptical. Will green tea hinder my muscle gains?

Answer:
Green tea is very healthy, and has so many health benefits! A person who consumes green tea would have no problems building muscle... In fact, green tea can actually speed up muscle recovery.
